Our Story
We are a 100% Black-owned, youth-led Non-Profit Company based in Emalahleni, South Africa. At San & Khoi, we combine creativity and community to build a sustainable future through textile innovation. From PPE and schoolwear to corporate and leisure garments, we manufacture with purpose — empowering individuals, uplifting communities and driving economic inclusion.
San and Khoi Textile is more than a sewing workshop — we are a community-driven initiative building a better South Africa through textile innovation. Founded on the principles of Ubuntu, our mission is to foster economic inclusion, create employment, and empower youth through practical skills and enterprise development.
Located in the heart of Emalahleni, we serve as a vibrant hub of opportunity and creativity. We currently employ 25 local community members, with a targeted growth plan to reach 85 jobs within the next year.

Our Services
San & Khoi Textiles is a purpose-driven sewing workshop, offering high-quality garment production across multiple sectors. Our workshop in Klarinet Industrial Park is optimized for bulk manufacturing, with a strong focus on quality assurance, efficiency, and social impact.
All products are manufactured locally, with a strong focus on quality control and timely delivery.

A: San & Khoi Textile is a non-profit textile manufacturing company based in Emalahleni, South Africa. We design and manufacture high-quality garments such as schoolwear, corporate wear, personal protective equipment (PPE), and outdoor/leisure clothing. Our organization also provides training and employment opportunities to youth and marginalized communities.
A: We are a Non-Profit Company. While we generate income through garment production, all surplus is reinvested into our programs, infrastructure, and community development initiatives rather than distributed to shareholders.
A: Yes. Our Klarinet Industrial workshop spans 895m² and is equipped for high-volume manufacturing. We have the infrastructure, skilled workforce, and quality control systems to meet large orders on time without compromising quality
